It’s as easy as throwing some ingredients into blender and arranging your toppings. And voila, a healthy and instagram worthy healthy breakfast or dessert just like that.

Ingredients
- ¼ ripe avocado
- 1 medium ripe banana, previously sliced and frozen
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 small handful kale (stems removed)
- 1 small handful mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- Toppings of your choice - sliced fruit, coconut flakes, seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. The texture should resemble soft ice cream.
- Scoop out into a bowl and top with whatever takes your fancy. I love coconut flakes, bee pollen and sliced kiwifruit or strawberries.
